Quartet and chorus singing is a stimulating, enjoyable hobby, particularly the way we do it at the Albuquerque chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
Established in 1952, we're one of the largest and the best in the Rocky Mountain District having won six district championships in the past dozen years. The New MexiChords have performed with organizations like the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra and Music Theater Southwest. We stage annual shows in the spring and fall, and our Christmas concerts are well attended every year. We also compete in the fall of each year for the right to represent the Rocky Mountain District in International Competition.
In other words...we have a lot of fun. Come Visit!
